Called this company based on reviews on Angie’s list. Called on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday. I had two 8×10 wool area rugs cleaned. They were at the house within 5 minutes of scheduled appointment. They rotated one of the carpets at my request. I have a husky and the owner provided tips on keeping the carpets in good shape. Member Comments: Entire process went well. Service was outstanding.
They were fantastic !! Very personable, professional and just plain nice guys !! Cesar gave me a crash course on cleaning and the natural products they used, and also what I should use myself when things happen. We have a 180 pound dog who has had quite a few accidents lately, and they really worked on the area for me and SHOWED me what was coming up out of the rug. The house smelled GREAT, not like a toxic cloud, and the carpets look wonderful. We’ve used several cleaners and these guys are the winners !! Would absolutely recommend them and they will absolutely be my go to guys !!
If you want your carpets cleaned by professionals who take pride in their work, who show up on time, and whose main concern is customer satisfaction, I strongly recommend All Purpose Steamers. I found this company on Angie’s List and contacted them because I had several questions/concerns about some carpets that I needed to have cleaned. They responded immediately. I scheduled the job and one of the brothers, Cesar, arrived on time but unfortunately his brother was unable to accompany him. He opted to stay and complete the job anyway. When I came home I noted that the furniture had not been moved as I had requested and I contacted him on Friday morning. He could not have been more accommodating and insisted that they return Friday afternoon to correct the situation. Both Cesar and his brother, Vic returned and completely redid the entire job (despite the fact that it did not need to be done, the carpets looked beautiful, but they insisted). They have been in business since 2003 and never had a complaint so it was important to them that they completed the work and that I was completely satisfied. Not only am I satisfied, but I am so impressed with the pride they take in their work. I highly recommend them. Thank you Cesar and Vic for going the extra mile.
I was moving out and needed to get the carpets cleaned in a hurry. I called around for quotes and mostly everyone was either booked for days ahead or too expensive. Luckily I spoke to the owner of All Purpose Steamers. He came out on the same day. He gave me a quote and was prepared to do the job on the spot. He did an amazing job and I was relieved that all his products and cleaning solutions were environmentally safe and green. Thank you so much for your a great job.
First I have to say Vic is a total pro. He arrived on time, sized up the project and got to work right away. Between the pet stains and overall soil on the carpets and furniture, he really had his work cut out for him. I was considering replacing my carpets in the bedroom and living room, but was not looking forward to moving around tons of furniture. All Pro Steam Cleaners, LLC was THE answer to my prayers! Everything was cleaned beautifully! Carpets and furniture smell fresh and clean. Vic also gave me some great tips on future spot cleaning. I am totally ready for the holidays now. Thank you, Vic. Victor and Cesar arrived on time and cleaned a carpeted staircase that was really dirty after years of use. They explained the process and promptly started to work. After it was done, the carpet looks brand new and even feels softer. They also applied scotch guard to help protect the carpet and steam cleaned the tile floor at the staircase landing, at no additional cost. We were very pleased with the work.
They were terrific. Prompt response to phone call and came the next day. Spent several hours cleaning. Its clear they are passionate about what they do. They cleaned one couch which I thought was beyond repair but they got spots out that previous cleaners could not. They gave me good tips on spot cleaning/couch maintenance. They were friendly. I had to leave for a half hour and I felt completely comfortable leaving them in my home. They moved furniture and went the extra mile. I’m having them back for a few more rooms and will definitely use them in the future. I can’t say enough great things about their professionalism, their work ethic, and their friendly personalities!

Steam cleaning of couches, upholstered chairs and carpet. Member Comments: APS arrived promptly and immediately set about cleaning couches, chairs and carpet. The results are excellent and my Spring cleaning is off to a great start! I recommend this firm without reservation. The price was right and good value for the money.
Family owned business; dealt entirely with Cesar Guerro. Cesar was always courteous and professional and very prompt in returning phone calls. This is often not the case when the service provider is in the field and we appreciated his sense of urgency. Unfortunately, we had car trouble the day of our appointment and Cesar juggled his schedule to accommodate our (much!) delayed arrival. He didn’t have to do that and could have just asked us to reschedule, but he went out of his way so that we could get it done that day as planned. We also love that the process is “green”. During the appointment Cesar worked efficiently and was very careful and mindful of the rest of the home (I.e.where his hose would need to travel from his truck through to the upstairs and the carpet to be cleaned). I would use All Purpose Steamers LLC again and strongly recommend them! Two thumbs up!
Victor and his team were outstanding throughout this entire process. He was very prompt and professional during our pre-work communication and was extremely accommodating in terms of scheduling the actual service. We had a single room carpet cleaning performed and words cannot describe how satisfied we were with the quality of the work. My wife and I did not have time to move some of the furniture prior to their arrival. The team actually moved the furniture and was able to also clean in those areas. Overall this was one of the best experiences we have ever had with a professional service. In fact…I can;t wait until my carpet is dirty again so I can call them back!!
